All GIVI products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. The guarantee is valid with proof of purchase showing the place and date of sale in the form of an invoice or receipt as well as submission of the online warranty registration form.

WARRANTY PROVISIONS:

1. The product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the stated warranty period from the date of purchase.
2. If the product proves to be defective during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, subject to decision by GIVI.
3. In case of breakage the guarantee covers those components found to be defective and not the entire product
4. The guarantee is applicable only if the product has been used and maintained as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Products that have been used outside of these guidelines will not be covered.
5. The warranty does NOT cover:
   • Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse or general wear and tear.
   • Defects or damage due to the proximity of a heat source or as a result of the use of solvents or other substances.
   • Products that have been assembled to the motorcycle with non-authorized fitting kits, frames, or other fixation systems not approved by GIVI.
   • Products that have been repaired, tampered with, altered or modified in any way by unauthorized persons or technicians.
   • Products that were damaged during transportation or subjected to rough handling.
   • Freight expenses incurred for checking if repair is required.
6. Under no circumstances does this guarantee entitle you to compensation for direct or indirect damage or injury caused to persons or property by faulty products.
